Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026 · Applies to AI Business Audit engagements

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the ground rules for the AI Business Audit engagement between you ("Client") and RPR Development LLC ("RPR-DEV"). It exists so both sides know what the audit covers, what RPR-DEV will and won't do with information shared during the engagement, and where the boundaries of the audit sit.

1. What the Audit Is

The AI Business Audit is a structured business and workflow review covering operations, tools, web presence, and customer journey, intended to identify practical opportunities where AI and automation could create value. It results in a prioritized opportunity roadmap and recommendations, as described on the AI Business Audit page of this site.

2. What the Audit Is Not

  • It is not a cybersecurity audit, penetration test, or vulnerability assessment of Client's systems.
  • It is not a legal, regulatory, or compliance certification (HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2, or otherwise), even if Client operates in a regulated industry.
  • It is not a financial audit, valuation, or accounting review.
  • It is not a guarantee that any specific tool, workflow, or AI implementation discussed will be built, or that a recommended approach will produce a specific result if implemented.

If Client needs any of the above, RPR-DEV can refer Client to, or work alongside, an appropriately qualified specialist.

3. Information Client Shares During the Audit

During the audit, Client may share business information including but not limited to internal workflows, tool stacks, login-level walkthroughs (screen-shared, not credential-shared), pain points, and operational data. RPR-DEV will:

  • Use this information solely to perform the audit and produce the resulting deliverables for Client.
  • Not share Client's confidential business information with third parties without Client's consent, other than service providers strictly necessary to deliver the engagement (e.g., document and scheduling tools), and not use Client's confidential information to benefit a competitor of Client.
  • Not request Client account passwords or credentials. Any system walkthrough should be done via screen share or a scoped, revocable access method Client controls.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about current tools, workflows, and business context, since audit quality depends on the accuracy of what's shared.
  • Obtain any internal approvals needed before sharing third-party data (e.g., customer lists, employee data) with RPR-DEV.
  • Maintain responsibility for Client's own regulatory compliance; RPR-DEV's recommendations do not relieve Client of that responsibility.
  • Not request that RPR-DEV use the audit process to access, copy, or test systems Client does not have the right to authorize access to (e.g., a vendor's platform under a contract that restricts third-party review).

5. Prohibited Use of Audit Deliverables

Audit deliverables are prepared specifically for Client's internal use. Client agrees not to resell, white-label, or represent RPR-DEV's audit methodology or deliverables as Client's own consulting product without RPR-DEV's prior written consent.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

RPR-DEV's recommendations reflect professional judgment based on the information available at the time of the audit. Business results from implementing any recommendation depend on many factors outside RPR-DEV's control, including execution, market conditions, and Client's own operational decisions. RPR-DEV makes no guarantee of specific financial, operational, or efficiency outcomes from the audit or any resulting implementation.

7. Termination

Either party may discontinue the audit engagement at any time with written notice (email is sufficient). Fees for work already performed remain payable per the terms of the specific engagement agreement.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This Acceptable Use Policy works alongside RPR-DEV's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where a specific signed proposal or contract for an engagement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement controls.
