Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RPR Development LLC ("RPR-DEV," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit rpr-dev.com, contact us through the site, use the AI chat widget, or call a phone number answered by our AI voice assistant.

1. Who We Are

RPR-DEV is operated by RPR Development LLC, a Kansas City, Missouri based AI consulting and product development company. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at sales@rpr-dev.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three general ways: information you give us directly, information generated through automated tools (chat and phone), and basic technical information collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers.

Information you provide directly

  • Name, email address, business name, website, and any details you include when submitting the contact form or booking a call.
  • Information you share in conversation with our AI chat widget, including questions, business details, and anything else you choose to type.
  • Information you share by phone with our AI voice assistant, including your name and the reason for your call.

Information collected automatically

  • Website chat: We retain text transcripts of chat conversations to follow up with you and improve the assistant. We do not require an account or login to use the chat widget.
  • Phone calls: Calls to our AI-answered phone lines are processed in real time to generate a written transcript and summary. We do not record or store full audio of phone calls. Only the resulting text transcript/summary, the caller's stated name, and the reason for the call are retained.
  • Basic technical data: Our hosting and infrastructure providers (see Section 4) may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, consistent with their own standard logging practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and follow up on AI Business Audit requests.
  • To operate and improve the AI chat widget and AI voice assistant, including reviewing transcripts to improve response quality.
  • To send you requested information by email or text message.
  • To maintain internal records of inquiries and engagements.
  • To comply with legal obligations or protect against fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your conversations to train third-party foundation models beyond the standard processing described in Section 4.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate this website and its AI features, we rely on the following categories of third-party service providers, each of which processes a limited slice of the information described above on our behalf:

FunctionPurpose
AI language processingPowers the chat widget and voice assistant's understanding and responses (Anthropic Claude).
Voice infrastructureRoutes and connects phone calls to our AI voice assistant (Twilio).
Text-to-speech / speech-to-textConverts spoken call audio to text and generates the assistant's spoken responses in real time; audio is processed transiently and is not retained by us after the call ends.
Website hostingHosts the static website (Hostinger).
Application hostingHosts backend application logic and the chat/voice processing pipeline (Vercel, Railway).
DatabaseStores form submissions, chat transcripts, and call transcripts/summaries (Supabase).
Email and notificationsSends email notifications and may auto-reply to inquiries.

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy and security practices. We choose providers that maintain industry-standard security commitments, but we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies if you would like more detail on how they individually handle data in transit or at rest.

5. Phone Call Disclosure

When you call a phone number answered by our AI voice assistant, you are speaking with an automated system, not a human, unless and until your call is transferred or returned by RPR-DEV personnel directly. By continuing the call after the introductory greeting, you acknowledge that your spoken statements will be converted to text and a summary, and that this transcript/summary (not audio) will be retained and may be reviewed by RPR-DEV personnel for follow-up and quality purposes.

If you do not wish to have your call processed in this manner, you may decline to proceed and follow up instead by email at sales@rpr-dev.com.

Note: Call recording and processing laws vary by state. Some states require all-party consent before a call may be recorded or processed by an automated system. RPR-DEV provides notice via the assistant's introductory greeting; if you are calling from a jurisdiction with stricter requirements, please contact us by email instead.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions, chat transcripts, and call transcripts/summaries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain business records, and improve our services, unless you request earlier deletion under Section 8.

7. Children's Privacy

This website and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • You may request that we delete your information, subject to legitimate business recordkeeping needs.
  • You may opt out of future email or text communications at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@rpr-dev.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; we will respond to verified requests consistent with those requirements.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through this site, including secrets management practices for API credentials and access controls on our databases. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or our AI tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
